Cake Measuring Tape Set
The Cake Measuring Tape Set is a “must have” for dividing traditional and unusual shaped pans like ovals, hexagons, hearts, diamonds and paisley pans.
The flexible, washable silicone tape can measure around fondant and buttercream cakes up to 10 inches. Join together two or more measuring tapes for larger cakes.
Each measuring tape is 26 inches (66cm) long and each inch is divided into fourths. The measurement markings are in inches and centimeters. The set includes a clip to keep the measuring tape rolled up for easy storage.
Cake Dividing Chart
The Cake Dividing Chart makes it easy to divide and mark your cake for accurate placement of string work, scrolls, garlands and other attractive designs.
The chart is a circular washable plastic mat that can divide round cakes into 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 16 divisions. You can fit cakes from 6 inches up to 20 inches on the chart.
Begin by placing your iced cake on a cake board that is the same size as your cake. Place in the center of the chart. Select the number of divisions your design requires, marking the cake at each of the division numbers.
Using the corresponding numbers on the edge of the chart, mark your cake on the top edge, sides or at the base of the cake with a toothpick or the Wilton Cake Marker (sold separately). This marks the points where you want each design to start or finish. If your cake has a design on both the top and bottom border you can easily mark both at the same time.
