      Hello Gayle,

      Wilton uses lot codes instead of expiration dates. Our Food and Regulatory team looked up the codes you provided and found the product was manufactured on March 6, 2012. Our Candy Melts have a 24-month shelf life, so that product would be expired.

    I bought some lamb cupcake decorations after easter and there is no expiration date or numbers on the bag…

    How do I know when they expire? I wasn’t planning to use them for another couple months..
