Breakfast in bed just got a little sweeter with these Chocolate Filled Sweet Rolls. Let the kids help make these to give mom a Valentine’s Day she’ll never forget. Ingredients:
- ¾ cup (1½ sticks) butter, softened
- 10 tablespoons (five .71-ounce packets) hot cocoa mix
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 package (16 ounces) hot roll mix
- 1/3 cup Wilton Dark Cocoa Candy Melts Candy
Place paper bakeware on cookie pan.
To prepare filling, stir together butter, hot cocoa mix and flour in medium bowl. Set aside.
Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 20 in. x 12 in. rectangle. With spatula, spread filling evenly across the dough. Starting with 20 in. side, begin rolling the dough tightly, pressing edges to seal. Cut log into 12 pieces.
Place one roll, cut side down, into each piece of paper bakeware. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and a cloth towel; set aside in a warm place and allow to rise 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove towel and plastic wrap. Bake 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on cooling grid 10 minutes.
In small bowl, melt dark cocoa Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Drizzle over rolls; serve warm.
Makes 1 dozen rolls.

Why is there not an icon to print this?
You could just highlight, copy to a word document and then print it out. That’s what I do, then I can change the font sizes if they are too small or to large, enlarge or reduce/eliminate any pictures, and get rid of any advertising that might print as well. I then print them out on white cardstock, slip into a plastic page protector and into my 3 ring binder recipe book.
