Is it possible to get an ingredient list of these? Some of the clients I bake for have specific allergies that prevent myself from using the general Wilton colors. It would be helpful to know if the new Color Right formula is different! If so, I am adding these as my #1 must buy for this week’s shopping list!

Would it be possible to publish a color chart that is printable, for use with the Performance System? The one in the box is nice, but a PDF that you could store on a computer would be great.

I am making a diamond minecraft word. I just purchased the Color Right colour system. In the booklet it has to different formulas for teal, but i need to make a dark teal. What colors do i use.

    • Desiree Smith says:

      Hello Josie,

The Bright & Bold teal will be darker than the Summer teal formula. We did create a dark teal recently, please find the formula listed below. Note that when making the color teal, blue will be your dominant color. It’s similar to a 4:1 drop ratio of Blue:Yellow.

*Per 2 cups of Wilton 4.5# tub Decorator Icing:
      Pantone: 808C
      Blue: 16 drops
      Yellow: 4 drops

Can you suggest the drops required please

I have found that if you can find the CMYK numbers for the color that you are looking for and figure out the ratio between them, you can get oftly close with your colors. For example: I needed Michigan state Green, which is kind of a darker green with a little blue in it. The CMYK is: C:82, M: 0, Y: 64, and K (black): 70. That is almost a 1:1:1 ratio, or at least close enough when you can only do things in drops. The color that I got for my buttercream frosting was pretty spot on! Try it out, I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Thanks…. this is some of the best color info I’ve run across. Love info that allows me to figure out what I need/want. Trying to find a shamrock green. Should add I’m dyeing fiber/ yarn not icing… although I sometimes do icing too!!! The pkg insert w/ Color Right said more colors onsite. According to customer service… there isn’t.

I love this system, but can no longer find the link for the corresponding royal icing and fondant colours. Is it still available?
    Thank you!

There are 6 cupcakes shown above. What are the formulas for those colors shown? I need to match the purple in the picture.
