Instructions
How to Make an Easy Mug Cake
In a 10 to 12 oz. microwave safe mug, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, water, oil and vanilla.
Stir with a fork or a whisk until no lumps remain, then stir in 1 tablespoon peanut butter chips.
Microwave your cake on high for 60 to 70 seconds, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
For a quick decoration, melt the remaining peanut butter chips according to the package directions.
Drizzled the melted peanut butter over your cake, then top with a dollop of whipped cream or frozen whipped topping.
