Bake cupcakes. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool cupcakes in standard Halloween cupcake liners.
Tint icing. Using Black icing color, tint 2/3 cup icing black. Using Orange and Pink icing colors, tint 2/3 cup icing bright orange. Using Pink icing color, tint 2/3 cup icing pink. Reserve remaining icing white. Prepare decorating bags as follows:· Tip 32 with black icing· Tip 12 with white icing· Tip 1M with bright orange icing· Tip 21 with pink icing
Decorate cupcakes. Pipe assortment of dots, spirals, rosettes, stars, beads, and shells to cover cupcakes.
