I just watched the demo of the roller cookie cutter. It went so fast that I couldn’t see what four shapes were on it.

On the Roll-out Cookie Dough, is it a sticky dough? I just used another recipe for roll-out sugar cookies and it was too sticky. I couldn’t roll it. I had to use flour, pat out a section, use the cutter and repeat for each cookie. Very time consuming. The difference in the recipe is that I used margarine (Imperial) and it only called for Vanilla Extract; not the addition of the Almond Extract. It did say to chill for at least an hour. It was sticky before and after chilling. Help!!

It is not sticky at all and does not require chilling. Real butter is better, too.

Rebecca when using margarine for baking…use only the ones that have
For Baking on the package and 69% {About}oil. Regular margarine and tub spread has too much water. Good luck.

What a great idea! Right now the tool is sold with the cutters, but there are no additional cutters to sub in and out of the roller. That would be so handy though – I’m going to mention it to product development! Are there particular shapes that you would be interested in?

      • schariee says:

I would be interested in basic geometric shapes (circle, square, triangle, rectangle), a heart and a diamond. Smooth and / or fluted edges. A couple of sizes. And if the cutters were sold individually, if I wanted to load the wheel with 5 of the same cutter, I could!

      • Janie Davila says:

I would be interested in a dog bone shape for making doggy biscuits! unless you do one already with dog bone shape?
