April 25th, 2015 by Desiree Smith

Whether you’re a casual at-home baker or a professional, there are many occasions that call for big baking jobs such as parties, bake sales, work luncheons and holidays.

Wouldn’t it be great to put just one giant pan into your oven? It can easily be done with these super-sized baking pans!

The oversized pans make efficient use of your time in the kitchen – no more waiting for two rounds of baking! The pans are roughly as wide and deep as most ovens, so they’ll maximize your oven space. Plus, the non-stick coating on these pans makes cleaning up a breeze.

You can bake over two dozen cookies with the mega cookie sheet and use just one box of cake mix with the mega muffin and mega mini muffin pans. Check out the complete line below:

I’m wondering if these pans are fit to use in a convection oven. It isn’t that they won’t fit in my oven, but that they might interfere with the circulation fan being able to get enough air to circulate around the pan in order to completely cook all of the items. Does anyone have experience with using them specifically in a convection oven? Wilton, has this been tried in a convection oven, and if so, are there any specific things to do or look out for?
