¾cupcooked sweet potato puree or canned pumpkin puree
⅓cupWater
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉.
Stir the flour, oatmeal and cranberries together in a large bowl. Set aside.
In a seperate medium bowl, stir the peanut butter, sweet potato puree and water together. Add to the flour mixture and stir until combined.
Turn dough onto a lightly-floured surface and knead until it comes together. Roll dough to ¼ inch thickness and cut with any desired cookie cutter.
Place treats on an ungreased cookie sheet, ½ inch apart, and bake 19 to 22 minutes (for smaller 1 in. cookies) OR 25 to 28 minutes (for larger 3 in. cookies). For a crispier cookie, turn the oven off after baking and leave the cookies in the oven. Keep the oven door ajar for an additional 2 to 3 hours.
