This sweet, creamy and delicious peanut butter filling is all you need to elevate your cake to the next level. Made with creamy peanut butter, this filling gives your favorite chocolate, mocha and vanilla cakes and cupcakes a sweet surprise! It also tastes fantastic served over ice cream or bananas.
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and butter.
Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes or until mixture is well combined.
Add confectioners’ sugar and continue to beat until smooth.
Add heavy cream, and beat on medium for 1-2 minutes or until light and fluffy.
