  • Make pie. Prepare piecrust following recipe instructions. Press into pan as directed.
    Press some crust into border cavity of silicone mold. Press around edge of pie crust.
    Prepare pumpkin pie filling; pour into prepared crust.
    Bake and cool pie as directed.
  • Make leaves. Prepare piecrust following recipe instructions. Press into pan as directed.
    Press some crust into border cavity of silicone mold. Press around edge of pie crust.
    Prepare pumpkin pie filling; pour into prepared crust.
    Bake and cool pie as directed.
  • Make edible paint. Combine colors as directed. Use paint immediately.
    · Mix small amount of yellow cake paint with touch of brown icing color.
    · Mix small amount of yellow cake paint with rose icing color.
    · Mix small amount of red cake paint with blue and white cake paint.
    · Mix small amount of white cake paint with red and blue cake paint.
    · Mix small amount red cake paint with blue cake paint, rose icing color and white cake paint.
    · Mix small amount of blue cake paint with green and white cake paint.
  • Using each color, paint the veins and around the edge of 2 to 4 leaves per color. Let leaves dry, about 15 minutes.
  • Place pie crust decorations on top of pie as desired.
