Summer Berry Trifle
Ingredients
- 1 package Wilton whipped icing mix (10 oz.)
- ice water to prepare mix
- 1 angel food cake (13 oz.), cut into 1” cubes Can use store bought angel food cake or our angel food cake recipe
- 2-1/2 cups cups sliced strawberries (from 16 oz. package) divided
- 1 package blueberries (6 oz.) divided
- 1 package blueberries (6 oz.) divided
Instructions
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer, prepare whipped icing mix according to package instructions.
- Arrange half of the angel food cake cubes at the bottom of a 3.5 quart trifle dish or large bowl. Sprinkle evenly with 1/3 of the strawberries, 1/3 of the blueberries, and 1/3 of the raspberries
- Spread half of the whipped icing on top of berries. Continue layering with remaining ingredients, ending with berries.
- Cove rand refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, about 2 hours.
